1:1 consultation over a 2-month time frame. Many persons have heard things they “should do” for their health, or have some idea of what “being healthier” means to them.
Individuals participating in this consultation learn to create and use the bridge from where they are to where they want to be. If location and travel are limiting factors, visits may be accomplished via telephone or internet-based communications. Initial consultation visits need to occur in-person. A visit frequency will be mutually agreed upon at the first session; with fees pro-rated accordingly.
Participants must commit to a minimum 2-month time frame in order to have sufficient space in which to make changes and evaluate effectiveness.
Personal relationships as part of a healthy self are addressed, in part, from a family systems theory perspective.
